Chief Legal Officer

Hoang Tran is the Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for M&A deals, foreign investment activities, and corporate governance of SPG Investment.

Hoang Tran’s legal knowledge on real estate is exemplary, as she understands the multi-layers of compliance and a plethora of regulations within the industry. Her experience includes M&A transactions, foreign capital investment and corporate governance.

Her career path has traversed VinaCapital Group, Kelvin Chia Legal Partnership and Tilleke & Gibbins Vietnam. She has led legal teams to close investment transactions of VinaCapital into Pho 24, Halico, Hanoi Sofitel Metropole, Time Square, Dai Phuoc Lotus and My Gia.

Hoang Tran holds a Professional Lawyer Certificate (2009), granted by the Ministry of Justice and Certificate of Practicing Lawyer (2003). She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree granted by the University of Law in HCMC, majoring in International Law.
