His profound knowledge of real estate, trends, and development approaches is central to planning SPG Land projects and their delivery.

Martin brings relentless passion and responsibility to, and throughout, the full project cycle from feasibility study to selecting consultants, from concepts to finished designs, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover, into leasing and operations.

His extensive experience of different segments, markets, and cultures from Europe to Asia allows him to seamlessly adapt to any situation and apply his flexibility, innovation, and problem-solving skills.

Prior to joining SPG Land, Martin worked on various projects across several countries including Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Maldives, Indonesia, Czechia and also Caribbean Islands
