SPG’s financial controller Long has an impressive background of success managing multi-million dollar project budgets of integrated multi-asset hospitality and residential portfolios. He has a meticulous approach to financial oversight with high expectations of excellence which demand ongoing analyses of project finances.

Long adds an additional layer of expert scrutiny to modeling property developments and construction budget management. He is extremely well informed of Tax and Accounting procedures in Viet Nam and the overseas tax regimes of Japan, Australia and Singapore. His deep knowledge and wise counsel is essential to ensuring SPG Land remains in robustly good financial health.

Prior to join SPG, Long worked with local industry giant, Novaland; and he has also worked in a senior position for world leading accountancy practice KPMG.

Long’s achievements in accurately managing huge, and often hugely complex, budgets of high-end projects speak for themselves.
