Khue works closely with the Investment team on every deal as head of SPG’s international Legal department. Working with investors on corporate and legal matters, he manages and aligns corporate policy to the exacting legal jurisdictions of all l offshore agreements while being wholly responsible for the Company’s international matters.

He is central to SPG successfully guiding multimillion dollar transactions to execution on its corporate investments, mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financing deals.

Prior to joining SPG, Khue honed his extensive legal and business expertise at Propzy SEA Pte. Ltd.; Global Partner Consulting Limited; and Vina Capital Partners.
