Over his career, with appointments in the United States, China, Singapore, and Vietnam over his career, Lester has guided marketing communications for some of the most iconic projects in Southeast Asia. His marketing communications strategy for the world-renowned Marina Bay Financial Center in Singapore culminated in it being awarded the FIABCI Prix d’ Excellence for Office Buildings, the global real estate industry’s highest honor. As Head of Marketing Communications for M+S, the Singapore and Malaysia government JV behind Marina One and DUO, he innovated new ways to further raise the reputation of the combined USD$8.1Billion mixed-use projects in Singapore.
His thoughtful approach ensures everything neatly complements the overarching strategic direction, while excellent people skills ensure seamless execution, even via multiple teams across cultures. An innovator and early adopter of smart technology, he focuses on the intersectionality of heightened user experience, previously untapped business value, and opportunity, where his pioneering work has been recognized by numerous industry awards.
