John Qiang is the General Manager of SPG SmarTech. An experienced and highly skilled leader and digital expert he has worked more than a decade in Shanghai, Houston and Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

His prior experience includes management consulting at McKinsey & Co and Accenture. His current goal is to increase Vietnam’s pre-eminence in building smart cities. As a digital technology guru, he understands the enabling power of technology. As a visionary he knows how to apply technology solutions to create smart cities focusing on infrastructure, finance, healthcare, transportation and other essential sectors.

John graduated in business with a major in Operation Research from Fudan University Shanghai.
