Ha has the responsibility for providing financing for primary business decisions. Ha excels in this function for SPG Land with an almost uncanny ability to ensure outstanding financial arrangements through his deep knowledge, creativity, and expertise.

His key role is planning, arranging and negotiating financing sources from onshore and offshores for project funding or working capital needs. His guidance of the Finance and Valuation teams’ capabilities and development has grown the department from strength to strength. He also executes project acquisitions in Viet Nam, Singapore, Japan and Australia as well as establishing oversight frameworks of share acquisition or project acquisition.

Prior to joining SPG Land, Ha gained in-depth real estate knowledge and experience in valuation and financing with leading industry players including  Novaland, and property services giants JLL Vietnam Limited, and Savills Vietnam Limited. Some notable achievements included arranging US$100mn funding to align with planned payment scheduling, US$120mn in 2016’s Book Build, a US$200mn Retail Bond; and over US$100mn for project acquisition.
